Kumi comes to real estate after a career as a Personnel Specialist with U.S Embassies in Port Moresby, Phnom Penh and Laos, time off to raise her kids and accompany her husband on his assignments around the world, and a ten year career in fashion retail.
Her retail expertise was gained from building her own successful business from scratch, with prominent locations at international department stores and a very impressive portfolio of corporate clients such as Daimler Chrysler, HSBC, American Express, etc.
This has provided her with a background in business, marketing, advertising, diplomacy, and negotiation skills that she will put to work for you when buying or selling your property.
Recognized as a “customer service expert” and for closing deals to everyone’s satisfaction, she strives to perpetuate 100% customer satisfaction. Her secret to success is no secret, “she takes care of her customers.” From her time as Personnel Specialist interpreting staffing conditions and entitlements from the voluminous Foreign Service Manuals, to selling retail fashion, Kumi brings pleasure to the people she serves.
Having delighted in buying, renovating and selling properties for the past 20 years, Kumi realises that real estate isn’t about houses, but about people; and recognizes the emotional complexities involved.
She hopes to provide honest, professional and exceptional service to translate the stresses of buying or selling a property into a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
Kumi is a resident of the Brookfield area. She lives there with her husband Collin, and her 3 teenage sons, Stefan, Sean and Dylan.
